I. Food Energetics


The main focus for us at Qi Food Therapy is the power of food, energy in the food and transformational power of energy when it is cooked/prepared.


II. Emotional Anatomy

Emotions are part of everybody's life, they are in us, around us, carried by us, we absorb them, create them, react to them, live through them, hold them and release them. They are impermanent and are designed to flow & move. The human mind contracts, holds onto, and lives in patterns of emotions which causes us to react and this shows in our physical and energetic bodies.


III. Energy Medicine

This is an important part of Qi Food Therapy and what we are about. We are all energetic and electrical beings and everything is electrical, from the food we eat, thoughts we have, activity and movement we do, to how we create and restore flow in the body. Flow in the organs, flow in emotions, flow in the meridians, and flow in life. How do you balance all your life energies? Energy "medicine" to me includes nourishing foods, balancing emotions with no judgement, understanding the bigger picture of how we fit into the bigger energetic field, world and universe. And using modalities and techniques to shift the energy inside and around the body. I use Reiki, AcuEnergetics, Kinesiology Sound & vibrational techniques and encourage you to explore these and others as well.
